- Conrad Murray’s Defence ask for the release of Michael Jackson’s body fluids, reports TMZ on 8/23/2010 9:50 AM PDT by TMZ Staff
They state that Conrad Murray’s Team wants to re-test the fluids to determine the accuracy level of the Propofol found in Michael Jackson’s body.
They further state that the Coroner has some fluids and was told to preserve these samples.
- A preliminary hearing for the doctor charged over Michael Jackson’s death will begin on 4th January 2011.
The preliminary hearing on 4 January will allow both prosecutors and Murray’s defense team to lay out details of the case. A judge will rule at that time if there is sufficient evidence for a full-scale trial.
Jackson died on 25 June 2009 it has been reported that he died principally because of Propofol, an addictive anaesthetic, as well as sedatives, painkillers and other drugs.
