Question: Can you compare?

 

Answer: I don’t think so.

 

Michael Jackson is the true master of his art. His movements are so unique to him. The video “the way you make me feel”,  is such effortless poetry.  Michael’s choreographed  magical’s uniqueness makes the song breathtaking. West side Story board.

 

Though I have a soft spot for NeYo and would not have anyone criticise him in my earshot, his video is a little too polished if you must compare the two, though I love it.  NeYo is clearly a great dancer. But the video does not have that edge that Michael’s has.

 

NeYo to me in this video is clearly  influenced by Michael, the moves, the white socks all have that Mikeness that we love and kinda expect with NeYo. Does NeYo get away with it. I think so. I cannot imagine anyone  putting so much Michael influence into their art than NeYo. I really don’t want him to stop either.

 

I truly respect NeYo for helping to continue the melody and for story boarding his video’s. He is not embarrassed to fly the Michael Jackson flag.
